Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber DevOps Engineer to serve as the architect of our infrastructure’s reliability and speed. In the fast-paced world of fintech, deployment speed must never come at the expense of security or uptime.

As our DevOps Engineer, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, building the "automated highways" that allow our code to travel from a developer's machine to production safely and at scale. You will own our cloud infrastructure, manage container orchestration via Kubernetes, and lead our Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives. If you have 3+ years of experience and a passion for building self-healing, scalable systems, we want you to lead our automation efforts.

Requirements:

1. Cloud Infrastructure & IaC Governance

• Cloud Architecture: Design and maintain high-availability environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring our fintech platform can scale with user demand.

• Infrastructure as Code: Utilize tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to automate the provisioning and management of infrastructure, eliminating manual configuration drift.

• Security Hardening: Implement rigorous security protocols at the infrastructure level to protect sensitive financial data and ensure compliance.

2. CI/CD & Deployment Automation

• Pipeline Engineering: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions) to automate testing and deployment workflows.

• Containerization & Orchestration: Manage microservices using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring seamless container orchestration and resource optimization.

• Database & Dev Collaboration: Partner with Developers and DBAs to streamline database migrations and application performance tuning.

3. Observability & Site Reliability (SRE)

• Proactive Monitoring: Implement comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to visualize system health.

• Incident Response: Monitor system availability and performance, responding to anomalies and conducting root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

• Scalability Planning: Conduct load testing and capacity planning to ensure the platform handles peak transaction volumes without degradation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 3+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure role, preferably within the Fintech or high-growth tech sector.

• Systems Mastery: Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting.

• Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD tools.

• Cloud IQ: Proven track record of managing production environments on major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
