Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber and creatively gifted Videographer to drive the visual narrative of our fast-growing real estate firm. In the luxury and commercial property market, success is defined by "Aspiration Engineering", the ability to transform physical structures into emotional experiences through cinematic movement, lighting, and sound. This role is designed for a "Visual Storyteller" who can blend "Technical Cinematography" with the "Marketing Grit" required to capture the attention of high-net-worth investors.

Your mission is to ensure "Premium Brand Representation and High-Impact Digital Conversion." You will be the primary architect of our video portfolio: responsible for planning and executing property walkthroughs, brand documentaries, and viral social media campaigns. If you possess "Cinematic Mastery," proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, and a talent for aerial drone photography, we want you to drive our market presence.

Requirements:

1. Property Cinematography & Lighting Design

• Lifestyle Storytelling: Plan and shoot high-fidelity videos that showcase property features, neighborhood vibes, and the architectural "soul" of our listings.

• Technical Orchestration: Masterfully operate cameras, professional lighting rigs, and audio equipment to ensure every frame meets luxury standards.

• Aerial Acquisition: Utilize drones (where applicable) to capture sweeping exterior views and topographic contexts that traditional cameras cannot reach.

2. Post-Production & Narrative Editing

• Digital Sculpting: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging content using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, focusing on pacing, color grading, and sound design.

• Brand Fidelity: Ensure every deliverable adheres strictly to our visual identity, utilizing consistent color LUTs (Look-Up Tables) and graphic overlays.

• Platform Optimization: Tailor video formats and lengths for diverse destinations, including high-res website banners, YouTube property tours, and high-energy TikTok/Instagram Reels.

3. Content Strategy & Collaborative Planning

• Concept Development: Work alongside the marketing team to brainstorm content strategies that highlight investment opportunities and corporate milestones.

• Asset Governance: Manage the storage and archiving of high-resolution video assets for future marketing use and brand retrospectives.

• Timeline Discipline: Deliver high-quality drafts and final cuts within aggressive project timelines to meet property launch dates.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Proven track record as a Videographer or Video Content Producer. (Direct experience in Real Estate or Architecture is a significant advantage).

• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar industry-standard editing suites.

• Technical Toolkit: Deep understanding of camera mechanics, focal lengths, sound recording, and the physics of light.
