Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly skilled Social Media Strategist to join our team. If you are passionate about building brand identity, driving engagement, and executing digital marketing campaigns that convert, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our online presence, managing multi-platform strategies, and driving tangible lead generation results.

Requirements:

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with core business growth objectives.

  • Platform Management: Oversee company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.) to ensure consistent brand messaging.

  • Content Creation: Develop and execute engaging content calendars, including high-performing reels, videos, static posts, and integrated campaigns.

  • Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to maximize ROI.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor industry trends, track performance metrics (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.

  • Community Engagement: Foster audience growth by actively managing online communities, responding to inquiries, and maintaining brand reputation.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure a unified and professional brand voice.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven professional experience as a Social Media Manager or Strategist.

  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of social media algorithms, content trends, and digital marketing tools.

  • Ad Platform Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is highly preferred.

  • Skillset: Exceptional content creation, storytelling, and professional copywriting abilities.

  • Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to translate data into strategy to optimize performance.
