Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Brand Representative to serve as the face of our company. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving consumer engagement, and ensuring premium brand visibility across diverse channels, including Grocery, Convenience, On-Premise, HoReCa, E-commerce, and B2B sectors.

Requirements:

• Campaign Execution: Implement company marketing campaigns, localized promotions, and consumer activation programs to drive brand impact.

• Consumer Activation: Spearhead product trial and sampling initiatives to boost consumer awareness and influence purchase intent.

• Merchandising Excellence: Maintain high-quality merchandising standards and ensure optimal product visibility in all assigned retail outlets.

• Market Intelligence: Serve as the eyes and ears of the company by providing timely, accurate feedback on consumer trends and customer preferences.

• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, sustainable relationships with store owners, floor managers, and outlet staff to secure prime shelf space and promotional support.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of hands-on experience in brand activation, merchandising, or sales support, ideally within the FMCG space.

• Preferred Background: Previous experience working with consumer beverage brands or within fast-paced retail environments is highly preferred.

• Competencies: * Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to team goals.

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to represent the brand with energy and professionalism.
