- Lead readiness efforts: coordinate UAT cycles, manage testing, prepare cutover plans, and track KPIs/OKRs.
- Formalize operational frameworks: build RACIs, define change control paths, maintain privacy and risk documentation, and organize the delivery knowledge base.
- Create automations, dashboards, and workflow enhancements to optimize decision-making and reduce manual PM overhead.
Requirements:

- 5–8+ years TPM/PM background with demonstrated BA experience and shipped AI/cloud product features.
- Expertise with modern PM tools (Jira/Linear, ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets) and strong technical documentation capability.
- Proven success running end-to-end UAT, coordinating go-live cutovers, and managing operational readiness.
Who You Are:
- You are a Technical Project Manager who is equally strong in business analysis.
- You can convert high-level goals into actionable requirements, keep delivery on track, and guide teams through structured governance.
- You manage daily execution, communicate clearly, and produce documentation that reduces ambiguity and accelerates engineering throughput.
Nice-to-have:
- Previous experience in clinical/health environments or regulated data ecosystems.
