Job Description:
- The successful candidate will provide high-level technical, administrative, and operational support to senior management, ensuring seamless coordination of activities, effective communication, and execution of strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and administrative support to senior management in project execution and business operations.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing technical reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery of projects and assignments.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients on behalf of senior management.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. / HND in Engineering, Architecture, Building, Estate Management, or related field.
- 5–10 years’ proven experience in a technical or executive support role, preferably within the real estate, construction, or consultancy sector.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Salary
