Job Description:
- We are seeking a smart, courteous, and professional Graduate Trainee (Front Desk Officer) to join our team.
- This role is ideal for a fresh graduate looking to build a career in administration, customer service, and corporate communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and attend to visitors in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence
- Maintain the front desk area and coordinate office activities
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Support the company’s social media presence and online engagement
- Assist with basic content creation (posts, captions, updates, etc.)
Requirements:
- Applicant Must Reside within the Lugbe-Airport road environment
- Fresh graduate (B.Sc or HND)
- Female (for gender balance purposes)
- Must reside within Lugbe, Airport Road, or nearby environs in FCT Abuja
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Social media savvy with basic content creation skills
- Well-presented, organized, creative, and proactive
- Must be available for immediate resumption.
