Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy and detail-oriented Supply Chain Support Officer to anchor our logistics and fulfillment operations. In the modern supply chain, success is defined by "Fulfillment Fidelity", the ability to move a product from purchase to dispatch with 100% accuracy and physical care. This role is designed for an "Operational Specialist" with 1–2 years of experience who can blend "Physical Stamina" with the "Systematic Logic" required to manage inventory records and organized storage.
Your mission is to ensure "Zero-Error Order Preparation and Seamless Stock Flow." You will be the engine of our department's daily output: responsible for purchasing, cleaning, and packing customer orders while maintaining a pristine and safety-compliant warehouse environment. Requirements:
1. High-Fidelity Order Fulfillment
Precision Packing: Purchase, clean, and pack customer orders with millimetric accuracy, ensuring every order request is met according to specific client needs.
Dispatch Readiness: Prepare and label orders for delivery, ensuring they are professionally packed to withstand the rigors of transport.
Loading Governance: Support the safe loading and unloading of goods during deliveries, acting as a final checkpoint for order accuracy before the vehicle departs.
2. Inventory Stewardship & Storage Logic
Stock Inflow Management: Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing incoming stock, ensuring every item is placed in its designated zone for easy retrieval.
Storage Architecture: Maintain highly organized storage areas, implementing "Clean-Storage" practices to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
Stock Surveillance: Conduct routine stock checks and report low levels or discrepancies immediately to prevent operational bottlenecks.
3. Data Integrity & Safety Standards
Movement Documentation: Maintain basic, clear records of stock movements and fulfilled orders to ensure the wider team has visibility into inventory levels.
Safety Sovereignty: Ensure the cleanliness and safety of all storage areas, adhering to company protocols to prevent workplace accidents.
Communication Synergy: Coordinate effectively with the wider supply chain team, using clear verbal and written communication to report daily progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: WAEC / SSCE or OND in any relevant field.
Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or order fulfillment.
Physicality: Good physical stamina with the ability to handle stock movement and warehouse tasks when required.
Core Competencies
Attention to Detail: Ability to read and process order lists and delivery notes without errors.
Reliability: A track record of punctuality and the ability to follow complex instructions accurately.
Technical Basics: Basic computer skills and the ability to adapt to internal inventory or tracking software.
