Job Description:

• The Supply Chain Manager will coordinate procurement activities related to market research, marketing, and operational services, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness while supporting cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of market research, marketing, and related services in line with approved budgets and timelines
• Support vendor sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and performance monitoring
• Assist with contract administration, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, GMP, and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to clarify requirements and approvals
• Maintain procurement documentation, records, and supplier databases
• Support vendor negotiations and cost optimization initiatives
• Track procurement spend and provide analysis for decision-making
• Assist in audits and compliance reviews related to procurement activities

Requirements:

• B.Sc / HND in a relevant field
• 3 – 5 years experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Knowledge of procurement processes and compliance standards (GMP is an advantage)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
