Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management. Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 - 8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics. or operations management
- Experience in agri-input distribution or FMCG supply chains is an advantage
- Develop and manage demand forecasts and supply plans based on agent network demand, seasonal trends, and project targets, ensuring alignment with procurement schedules and workplans
- Oversee inventory management acrosswarehouses and distribution points. ensuring optimal stock levels, accurate tracking. and minima stock-outs or overstocking
- Coordinate procurement, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure efficient flow of goods to agents and field locations
- Track supply chain KPIs and performance metrics, using data to inform planning. decision-making, and continuous improvement.
