We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.
- Properly arrange and store materials in designated storage areas.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records using manual and/or automated systems.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile variances.
- Ensure proper labeling and tagging of all stored items.
- Monitor stock levels and notify the supervisor of low inventory or potential shortages.
- Enforce safety, cleanliness, and security in the store area.
- Prepare and issue store requisitions as approved by relevant authorities.
- Comply with company quality and hygiene standards for dairy products and materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in Store Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 - 4 years experience in storekeeping, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and stock management principles.
- Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Salary
