Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our Abuja store. In this role, you will be the face of the branch, responsible for everything from operational efficiency and team supervision to driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can create a welcoming in-store experience while maintaining the rigorous documentation and inventory standards required for retail success.

This position is perfect for a professional who balances a friendly, approachable personality with a goal-oriented mindset and an uncompromising eye for detail.

Requirements:

Daily Operations & Store Upkeep

• Opening & Closing: Manage the store’s daily readiness, ensuring seamless opening procedures and secure closing processes.

• Efficiency Oversight: Supervise day-to-day activities to maximize productivity and ensure a smooth flow of service.

• Environment Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout that aligns with our brand standards.

Sales & Customer Growth

• Revenue Driving: Implement creative in-store strategies to increase foot traffic and conversion rates.

• Customer Excellence: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring every visitor receives professional and helpful service.

• Digital Integration: Leverage basic knowledge of social media or online sales to support multi-channel growth (added advantage).

Financial & Logistics Management

• Transaction Tracking: Maintain accurate and timely records of all daily sales, expenses, and business transactions.

• Team Coordination: Supervise store assistants and effectively coordinate with delivery riders to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Reporting: Provide management with regular performance updates and detailed operational reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience:

  • Proven experience in retail, sales, or store management.

  • Demonstrable track record of taking initiative and working independently.

• Location: Must be based in Abuja, with a strong preference for candidates residing in or near Wuse 2.

• Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on consistency in execution.
