Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Stockist to oversee our warehouse and store operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our inventory management, ensuring that all stock levels are accurately tracked, documented, and moved efficiently. The ideal candidate will maintain meticulous records and implement stock control processes that facilitate seamless daily operations.

Requirements:

• Inventory Oversight: Manage the movement of materials and products in and out of the warehouse, ensuring all entries are logged correctly.

• Stock Monitoring: Conduct regular stock takes to monitor levels, prevent shortages, and ensure inventory accuracy.

• Documentation: Maintain precise, up-to-date records of all store assets and inventory transactions.

• Operational Support: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that required materials are available and organized for smooth workflow execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of OND or SSCE.

• Experience: 1–2 years of practical experience in warehouse, inventory, or store management.

• Technical Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications for digital record-keeping.

• Key Competencies: Strong numerical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and a high level of attention to detail.

• Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet operational deadlines.
