The License enables EMTS provide Fixed Telephony (wired or wireless), Digital Mobile Services, International Gateway Services and National/Regional Long Distance Services in addition to spectrum assignments in the 900 and 1800 MHz bands.
Job Description:
Employee Relations & Compliance Support:
- Assist in the administration of disciplinary and grievance processes, including documentation, scheduling, and communication of outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records for all ER cases and compliance-related matters.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and relevant labour laws.
- Support investigations by gathering facts, coordinating interviews, and preparing case summaries for review.
Onboarding & Exit Management:
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires by liaising with Resourcing & Partnering, IT, and business areas to ensure seamless integration into the organization.
- Ensure complete documentation for new hires, including personnel files, ID cards, complimentary cards, work tools, and relevant forms.
- Conduct exit interviews, document insights, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the clearance and documentation process for exiting employees.
Employee Welfare & Engagement:
- Coordinate staff welfare and engagement initiatives (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Children’s Day, health talks, recognition activities).
- Ensure all employees are registered with the company’s HMO and assist in resolving related issues promptly.
- Participate in evaluating and selecting healthcare providers for EMTS.
- Compile and process healthcare provider invoices and claims.
- Maintain up-to-date records and databases of healthcare providers and welfare benefits.
Operational & Administrative Support:
- Liaise with Administration and Facilities to provide office space, furniture, accommodation, vehicles, and other facilities to staff.
- File monthly expatriate returns and support expatriate welfare matters.
- Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for review by the Manager, HR Operations & Compliance.
- Respond promptly to employee requests, queries, and complaints to maintain a positive relationship with staff.
- Assist in internal HR communications to employees regarding policies, programs, and initiatives.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager, HR Operations & Compliance.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- First Degree from a recognized university.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in human resources, with at least one year in employee relations, engagement, or HR operations.
