Job Description:

Are you a passionate Software Engineer who thrives on building robust, scalable solutions? We are seeking a talented developer to join our team to design, develop, and deploy high-impact software systems. In this role, you will own the end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC)—from gathering initial user requirements and defining system architecture to writing clean, testable code and managing deployment.

Requirements:

• Full-Cycle Development: Execute the complete software development life cycle (SDLC), ensuring high-quality, reliable outcomes.

• System Architecture: Develop detailed flowcharts, layouts, and technical documentation to bridge requirements and technical solutions.

• Code Craftsmanship: Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices.

• System Integration: Integrate disparate software components into a cohesive, fully functional system.

• Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.

• Maintenance & Scaling: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems while ensuring software stays current with the latest features and security updates.

• Performance Optimization: Evaluate user feedback post-deployment to drive continuous improvement and ensure operational feasibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer.

• Technical Proficiency: Ability to develop high-performance software in Java, Ruby on Rails, or C++.

• Database Expertise: Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (e.g., JPA2, Hibernate).

• Web Frameworks: Experience developing robust web applications using popular frameworks such as Spring MVC, JSF, Wicket, or GWT.

• Methodologies: Strong experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and familiarity with modern software engineering tools.

• Design Capabilities: Proven ability to design interactive applications and document technical requirements/specifications.

• SDLC Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle from system analysis to deployment.
