Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Social Media Manager to serve as the digital voice and strategic architect of our brand. In today’s hyper-connected market, our social presence is our most vital handshake with the world. Your mission is to develop, implement, and manage an elite social media strategy that enhances brand awareness, optimizes marketing efforts, and drives deep engagement across all digital touchpoints.
This role requires a rare blend of creative storytelling and data-driven decision-making. You will manage everything from high-energy TikTok reels and LinkedIn thought leadership to paid performance campaigns and influencer collaborations. If you are a strategic thinker with 3–5 years of experience and a passion for building online communities, we want you to lead our digital conversation.
Requirements:
1. Content Strategy & Creative Direction
Holistic Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media roadmap aligned with core business objectives and revenue goals.
Multimodal Content: Create, curate, and manage high-quality assets including viral reels, compelling stories, professional LinkedIn articles, and high-impact imagery.
Editorial Calendar: Design and manage a dynamic content calendar to ensure a consistent, strategic posting cadence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
2. Community Management & Growth
Active Engagement: Foster real-time relationships by responding to followers, managing direct messages, and sparking meaningful digital conversations.
Trend Advocacy: Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of digital culture.
Brand Consistency: Guard the brand’s visual and verbal identity, ensuring a unified tone, voice, and aesthetic across every platform.
3. Performance Marketing & Analytics
Paid Social: Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns, optimizing for maximum reach, conversion, and ROI.
Data Intelligence: Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to produce actionable reports that refine our creative and commercial direction.
Influencer Coordination: Manage strategic partnerships and brand collaborations to amplify reach and lend third-party credibility to our narrative.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management or a senior digital marketing role.
Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite/Buffer, Canva, and basic Adobe Creative Suite.
Skills: Strong mastery of SEO principles, digital copywriting, and paid ad management (Meta Ads Manager).
