Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and imaginative Graphics Designer to serve as our lead visual storyteller. In a digital-first world, your designs are the frontline of our brand identity. Your mission is to translate complex ideas into compelling visual content that captures attention, strengthens brand equity, and drives measurable engagement.

This role requires a balance of high-level creative vision and technical precision. You will be responsible for the entire visual ecosystem—from traditional print brochures and banners to high-velocity social media assets and digital campaigns. Requirements:

1. Brand Identity & Visual Strategy

• Branding Excellence: Develop and refine core branding elements, ensuring that every piece of content reinforces a unified and professional visual identity.

• Campaign Conceptualization: Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to brainstorm and design holistic visual campaigns for product launches and corporate events.

• Trend Integration: Stay at the cutting edge of design psychology, typography, and color theory to keep our brand modern and competitive.

2. Multichannel Content Creation

• Digital Assets: Design high-impact content for web and social platforms, specifically optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Print & Marketing Collateral: Create "ready-to-print" materials including flyers, large-format banners, brochures, and corporate stationery.

• Multimedia Support: Utilize basic video editing skills to add motion graphics or simple video transitions to static designs (a highly valued added advantage).

3. Operational Design Management

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate briefs from non-creative departments into visual solutions that meet business objectives.

• Deadline Governance: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail and meeting fast-paced deadlines.

• Asset Management: Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, and brand guidelines for seamless team access.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Proven professional experience in a Graphics Design role with a strong portfolio (PDF or link) showcasing a range of styles and formats.

• Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

• Skills: Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color hierarchy. Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro or After Effects) is a plus.

Core Competencies

• Visual Problem Solving: The ability to take a vague concept and turn it into a concrete, effective design.

• Attention to Detail: Precision in typography, alignment, and "print-perfect" file preparation.

• Independence: A self-starter who can take a brief and run with it with minimal supervision.
