Job Description:
We are looking for a Hybrid Marketing Leader to architect our brand story and ignite commercial growth. In our world, marketing isn't just about digital ads; it’s about the transformation of physical spaces. Your mission is to take our high-end signage and architectural solutions and turn them into compelling visual narratives that attract, educate, and convert B2B clients.
You will bridge the gap between Creative Brand Leadership and Strategic Lead Generation. One day you might be on-site producing a cinematic documentary of a major installation; the next, you’ll be analyzing SEO data and LinkedIn ad performance to capture new leads in the retail, healthcare, and corporate real estate sectors.
Requirements:
1. Brand Narrative & Multi-Media Storytelling
Identity Ownership: Maintain and evolve our visual and verbal identity across the website, social media, and high-stakes sales presentations.
Content Production: Concept and produce high-impact assets, including 3D animated mockups, professional photo case studies, and video project documentaries.
Social Community: Build a digital community centered on design innovation and the physical transformation of cityscapes.
2. Commercial Growth & Lead Engineering
Vertical Targeting: Execute integrated marketing plans for key verticals (Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare), addressing their specific pain points like ROI and zoning.
Full-Funnel Management: Own the digital engine—SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and Email Marketing—to drive a consistent flow of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Sales Enablement: Partner with the Sales team to build high-converting pitch decks and proposal templates that shorten the sales cycle.
3. Industry Authority
Thought Leadership: Translate technical fabrication details into "customer-first" benefits, establishing the company as the premier authority on architectural graphics.
Trend Analysis: Monitor competitor moves and marketing tech (MarTech) to ensure our brand remains the most sophisticated in the market.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or Communications.
Experience: 2–4 years in a role managing both creative campaigns and measurable lead generation.
Tech Stack: * Creative: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere) or Canva.
- Digital: Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
Industry IQ: Experience in B2B, Construction, or Design-related fields is highly preferred.
Core Competencies
The "Hybrid" Mindset: Ability to pivot from emotional storytelling to technical data analysis.
Project Management: Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple fabrication-to-marketing timelines.
Strategic Writing: Ability to write for both human emotion (branding) and search engines (SEO).
