The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) was originally founded in 1968 as the Personnel Management Association of Nigeria, serving as the umbrella body for practitioners in personnel management. In 1973, it became known as the Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, and in 1992, it was formally chartered through Act No. 58, establishing it as the recognized professional body for human resource management in Nigeria.
Job Description:
Utilize the latest digital media and social media trends to strengthen the Institute’s marketing and communication strategies
Enhance brand visibility and direct marketing capabilities through creative design and digital engagement
Create visually appealing marketing materials, including social media banners, brochures, flyers, and videos
Manage and grow the Institute’s social media platforms to increase online presence and audience engagement
Support advertising campaigns by producing high-quality promotional graphics and multimedia content
Contribute to improving communication effectiveness across all areas of the Institute’s operations
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Marketing, Arts and Graphic Design, Social Science or any relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years of post-graduation experience and knowledge in a reputable organisation.
