Job Description:

• Plan, produce, and post high-energy TikTok and Instagram Reels about Quick Collect’s services.
• Host live sessions and giveaway shows on TikTok to attract and engage crowds, promoting our brand.
• Be a clear, confident, and approachable presence on camera.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop campaign strategies and video ideas.
• Monitor social media trends and integrate them into content to maximize engagement.
• Share insights from analytics and suggest ways to grow our audience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, or hosting live video events.
• Good lighting and professional equipment suitable for TikTok/Instagram creators.
• Ability to work across different time zones (Canada, Africa).
• Strong storytelling, conversation, and presentation skills.
• Portfolio or examples of previous TikTok, Instagram, or live video work.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Fluent English speaker with clear, articulate communication skills.
• Outgoing, intellectual, and engaging personality — no camera shyness.

Salary

• Base pay: N120,000 per month (with a salary review and potential increase after a 2-month probationary period).
• Medical allowance: up to N100,000.
