Job Description:
Vastovers Group is seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Expert to manage and grow their brand’s presence across multiple digital platforms. This is an onsite position for a results-driven professional passionate about content creation, audience engagement, and social media strategy.
Develop and implement effective social media strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
Create and share engaging posts to connect with target audiences and foster community engagement.
Manage the company’s online presence, including timely and professional responses to comments, messages, and reviews.
Drive brand awareness and sales through strategic content and campaigns.
Establish and oversee social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and internal teams to expand brand reach.
Plan and execute campaigns promoting products, services, events, and brand identity.
Track and analyze key metrics, including engagement, reach, clicks, and conversions, to optimize performance.
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights to refine strategies.
Monitor and protect the brand’s online reputation by promptly addressing feedback and concerns.
Stay updated on emerging trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing.
Requirements:
Creativity, proactivity, and a strong passion for social media marketing.
Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in social media marketing or a related field.
Excellent skills in writing, graphic design, and video content creation.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and engagement best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
