Job Description:

We are hiring a Junior Social Media Manager to help grow and manage our online presence. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, storytelling, and audience engagement. You will work in an agile team to create, schedule, and monitor content that reflects our brand’s voice while supporting client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor trends, conversations, and audience engagement to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visuals for social media.
• Track performance metrics and provide basic campaign reports.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or a related field (internship experience accepted).

• Basic knowledge of major social media platforms and current trends.

• Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.

• Creativity with attention to detail and brand consistency.

• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience with social media management tools like TikTok Studio or Meta Business Suite is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic design tools such as Canva or CapCut is an advantage.
