Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction site. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Requirements:

• Site Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of on-site workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Project Oversight: Monitor project progress against timelines and blueprints. Ensure all work adheres to technical specifications, industry standards, and quality benchmarks.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety policies (HSE) to maintain a secure work environment for all personnel.

• Resource Management: Efficiently manage site materials, equipment, and workforce allocation to optimize productivity and minimize waste.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate site records and provide regular updates to management regarding project status, potential issues, and scheduling delays.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct routine site inspections to identify defects or deviations and ensure corrective measures are implemented promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in construction site supervision.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and blueprints.

  • Thorough knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and site procedures.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation.
