Job Description:

We are seeking a technically proficient Site Engineer with a deep specialization in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. In this role, you will be the on-site authority ensuring that building services the "lifelines" of our developments are installed with precision, safety, and sustainability. You will bridge the gap between design blueprints and site execution, ensuring our residential and mixed-use projects meet global standards.

Requirements:

• Site Supervision: Direct daily site operations with a primary focus on MEP installations. Monitor progress, design changes, and variation requests to keep projects on track.

• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct rigorous inspections to verify that MEP installations adhere to approved designs, local building codes, and international engineering standards.

• Risk & Performance Monitoring: Systematically identify deviations, report potential risks to building performance, and recommend immediate corrective actions.

• Technical Due Diligence: Participate in Technical and Commercial Due Diligence (TCDD) processes and contribute to post-construction commissioning reviews.

• Sustainability Oversight: Ensure all systems are installed in alignment with green building standards (e.g., IFC EDGE, LEED) to optimize energy and water performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP design, engineering, or construction supervision, specifically within the housing or real estate sector.

• Technical Mastery:

  • Expert knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

  • Demonstrated familiarity with green building certifications (IFC EDGE, LEED).
