Job Description:

Are you a firm, highly organized, and sharp professional who knows how to manage artisans and keep luxury interior projects running like clockwork? Mimz Interiors is seeking a resilient Site Supervisor to oversee our high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects in Lekki. You will be the on-site backbone of our operations, ensuring that our premium design concepts are executed with absolute precision, on time, and within the required quality standards.

Requirements:

• Artisan & Subcontractor Management: Directly supervise and coordinate carpenters, painters, tilers, electricians, and plumbers. You will set the pace and strictly enforce quality control.

• Inventory & Material Control: Serve as the gatekeeper for all premium materials. You will be responsible for receiving, logging, and tracking inventory to eliminate waste and prevent theft.

• Timeline Tracking: Keep a tight grip on project schedules. You must proactively identify bottlenecks, resolve on-site issues, and ensure daily tasks align with project milestones.

• Snagging & Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous inspections of all installations against design drawings to ensure zero-defect handovers.

• HSE Compliance: Champion a clean, hazard-free, and safe working environment at all times.

• Daily Reporting: Maintain clear lines of communication by submitting structured daily progress updates, site photography, and detailed material logs to Operations Management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven practical experience in managing interior design or construction sites is a significant advantage.

• Personality: Must possess a firm personality—you are the authority on-site, capable of commanding respect and holding artisans accountable to strict deadlines.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you must be equally comfortable reporting to corporate management and directing local artisans.

• Core Competencies: High level of integrity, constant alertness, and an uncompromising attention to detail.

• Schedule: Must be available and comfortable working a Monday to Saturday schedule
