Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Foreman to supervise daily site operations and coordinate trades. The successful candidate will ensure that construction works are delivered safely, on schedule, and in strict accordance with project specifications.

Requirements:

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily site activities, allocating tasks to coordinate labour, subcontractors, and equipment operators effectively.

• Workflow Management: Ensure smooth sequencing of all trades on site to maintain productivity.

• Quality Control: Monitor work quality to ensure full compliance with structural, architectural, and MEP drawings and specifications.

• Planning & Progress: Track daily progress, proactively report potential delays, and support the Site Engineer in site planning.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety protocols, PPE compliance, and maintain high standards of site housekeeping.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate daily site records, including logs for labour, material usage, and equipment performance.

• Completion: Support site inspections, snagging processes, and final project handover activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in the construction industry, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory/foreman capacity.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of structural, architectural, and MEP works. Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings for site execution.

• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills to manage diverse teams.

• Qualifications: A construction-related qualification is considered an advantage.

• Physical Requirements: Must be physically fit and capable of working in active, fast-paced site environments.
