Job Description:
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements.
- Raise purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely approvals.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the Stock Reconciliation Officer to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain supplier database and performance records.
- Ensure procurement aligns with approved budgets and operational needs.
- Track deliveries, resolve shortages, and handle supplier-related issues.
- Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and quality standards.
- Support periodic supplier audits and product quality checks.
- Prepare and submit procurement reports to management.
Requirements:
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management tools.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and cost-consciousness
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5years of experience in procurement, preferably in QSR or FMCG.
