Lheon Consulting Limited is a strategy development and talent consultancy company, devoted exclusively to career shaping and personal development activities.We work globally with professionals and experts in the financial sectors to offer resourceful training, assessment and recruitment services to financial and non-bank financial institutions through use of innovative technologies to achieve a perfect workplace.

• Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and market research
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions from the company'sproduct portfolio
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports as required
• Represent the company at events, conferences, and client meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• 3–5 years , 5- 10 years & 10 years & above of proven experience in a sales or business development role
• Strong background in insurance, fleet management, automobile, financial, retail, commercial, or fintech solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
