Job Description:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll operate as part talent advisor, part sales professional, and part career guide. You will:

• Reach out to prospective clients and understand their recruitment needs
• Build strong candidate pipelines and manage interviews from start to finish
• Present top talent to clients with confidence and insight
• Sell opportunities persuasively to candidates
• Negotiate offers that satisfy all parties
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and deliver on performance targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills—confident, clear, and engaging
• A competitive mindset and strong personal drive
• The ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay composed under pressure
• A positive attitude and the confidence to speak with senior executives
• The resilience to handle objections—and the tact to push back when needed
• A strong work ethic and the motivation to earn beyond your basic salary
• Residence within easy commute of Lekki.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or above)
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or any client-facing role
