Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our insurance client base through proactive prospecting, effective personal selling, and strategic marketing initiatives. If you are a skilled communicator with a passion for financial products and business development, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Sales & Marketing: Execute personal selling strategies, conduct product presentations, and manage social media marketing campaigns to increase visibility and brand awareness.

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients, build a robust pipeline, and convert leads into active policyholders.

• Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in a relevant field.

• Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or business development is a plus, but we value results-oriented individuals.

• Core Skills:

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deliver compelling product presentations.

  • Self-Management: Ability to work effectively with little or no supervision and meet aggressive sales targets.

  • Sales Techniques: Proficiency in telemarketing and modern digital sales methodologies.
