Job Description:

We are seeking energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Officers to expand our consumer lending footprint. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, tasked with bringing financial solutions directly to public and private sector employees. This is a high-energy, field-based role perfect for individuals who thrive on autonomy, enjoy meeting new people, and are fueled by the challenge of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Requirements:

• End-to-End Sales: Manage the full sales lifecycle from identifying prospects and lead generation to facilitating the loan disbursement process.

• Active Field Marketing: Conduct regular field visits to market our loan products, engage with salary earners, and represent our brand in the marketplace.

• Target Achievement: Aggressively pursue and achieve monthly sales and portfolio growth targets.

• Network Building: Cultivate and maintain strong referral networks to ensure a consistent pipeline of new business.

• Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term trust and loyalty, turning one-time borrowers into repeat clients.

• Compliance & Reporting: Operate strictly within our credit requirements and company policies. Provide accurate and timely daily/weekly sales activity reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Junior Level:

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc.

  • Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory for highly motivated entry-level candidates.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experienced Level:

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in lending, microfinance, banking, or insurance.

  • Demonstrated ability to generate business and meet or exceed performance quotas.

  • Advanced networking and relationship management capabilities.

• Essential Requirements:

  • Residency: Applicants must reside within the job location or immediate environs.

  • Field Readiness: This is an onsite, field-intensive role requiring regular travel for customer engagement.
