Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our property sales initiatives and expand our market footprint. As a key growth driver, you will act as a consultant, negotiator, and strategist helping clients navigate the complexities of property acquisition and leasing while ensuring our revenue targets are consistently met. This role is for a high-energy professional who combines deep market insight with the charisma to convert leads into long-term partnerships. Requirements:
Consultancy & Lead Conversion: Proactively identify and engage potential buyers, sellers, and lessees. Provide expert-level guidance on property valuations, market trends, and investment potential to foster client trust and drive decision-making.
Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns for our property portfolio. Oversee digital listings, collateral creation, and property showcases that maximize market exposure and inquiries.
Negotiation & Deal Management: Orchestrate the entire transaction lifecycle. Negotiate competitive pricing and contract terms, and coordinate with legal, survey, and mortgage partners to ensure seamless, timely closures.
Pipeline & CRM Excellence: Maintain impeccable records of all client interactions and property listings. Leverage CRM systems to nurture leads, manage follow-ups, and convert prospects into satisfied, repeat clients.
Operational Rigor: Manage complex administrative tasks, from contract drafting to scheduling high-stakes viewings, ensuring every detail is handled with precision.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in real estate sales or property management.
