Job Description:

  • We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Associate to support customer acquisition and revenue growth within the Lekki and Ikeja axis.
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and is passionate about building relationships and closing deals.
  • As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for executing the end‑to‑end sales process—from lead generation and prospecting to relationship management and deal closure—while delivering a seamless experience for prospects and clients.

 

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales within Lekki and Ikeja territory.
  • Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
  • Promote and sell our services to target markets to meet their needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Closely following up on all inbound and outbound business leads.
  • Identify and sell Reliance Health plans to SMEs and MSMEs in the offline space especially around Ikeja or Lekki.
  • Maintain and grow strategic industry relationships and networks.
  • Overcome the client’s resistance or hesitation and be able to offer solutions to problems in view of ensuring they made a purchase.
  • Proficiency in CRM system and sales analytics.
  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance.
  • Generate leads, build, and nurture client relationships.
  • Execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends global reach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in any discipline.
  • Must have completed NYSC or have a valid exemption letter.
  • Must reside within close proximity to Lekki or Ikeja
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years B2B or B2C sales experience preferably in health insurance, general insurance or any financial institutions, and real estate.
  • Proven track record of setting sales goals, meeting targets, and closing deals.
  • Good analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent ability to provide consultative guidance to prospects and customers
  • Ability to identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
  • A quick learner with strong negotiating skills, with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.

 

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in health tech, HMO, insurance brokerage, fintech, or other subscription-based services.
  • Experience selling to SMEs/MSMEs, particularly in structured B2B environments.
  • Existing network of business owners, Admin/HR managers, or founders within Lekki and/or Ikeja.
