Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Sales Executive to anchor the revenue engine of our organization. In a specialized competitive landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the acquisition and the precision of the relationship success is defined by "Commercial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize proactive prospecting with the clinical precision required for Negotiation, Pipeline Management, and Market Intelligence. This role is designed for a "Revenue Architect", specifically a professional with at least 2 years of proven sales experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (identifying and acquiring new clients) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute Market Trend Monitoring and Cross-Departmental Collaboration.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Acquisition Governance
Sovereignty of the Pipeline: Identify and prospect new clients with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Market Expansion."
Sales Architecture: Present, promote, and sell services using elite negotiation skills, providing the "Structural Foundation" for revenue growth.
Integrity Stewardship: Uphold the standards of the organization in all client interactions, ensuring the "Source of Brand Reputation" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Relationship Logic
Relational Sovereignty: Build and maintain high-fidelity, long-term relationships, acting as the primary "Source of Customer Loyalty."
Conversion Architecture: Track leads and follow up consistently to close complex deals, providing the "Functional Foundation" for sales velocity.
Intelligence Stewardship: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, maintaining the "Source of Operational Foresight."
3. Operational Integrity & Collaboration Power
Synergy Sovereignty: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Care, and Operations, acting as the primary "Source of Seamless Service Delivery."
Performance Architecture: Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets, providing the "Relational Foundation" for sustainable business growth.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2+ years of sales expertise to accelerate the "Prospect-to-Close" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2 years of proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a distinct advantage.
