Job Description:

Are you a street-smart, people-facing professional who knows your city inside and out? We are looking for proactive Field Operators to serve as the face of AccessGate. You will be the bridge between our technology and the estates that need it, responsible for identifying new opportunities, building trust with community decision-makers, and ensuring our deployed locations are performing at their peak. If you are comfortable working independently and thrive on hitting the pavement to deliver results, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

  • Estate Outreach: Proactively identify and visit target estates within your assigned territory.

  • Relationship Management: Engage effectively with gate officers, facilities managers, and estate board members to initiate and maintain conversations.

  • Sales Support: Shepherd the sales process from the initial "hello" through to final client onboarding.

  • Operational Audits: Conduct routine site audits at active AccessGate locations to ensure our systems are running smoothly.

  • Feedback Loop: Provide high-quality reports on field activity, market observations, and emerging business opportunities to the Business Support and Operations teams.

  • Brand Representation: Uphold the professional standards of UTN in every interaction, from security personnel to high-level estate management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Local Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of your assigned city (Lagos, Abuja, or Port Harcourt)—you know the neighborhoods, the estates, and the "lay of the land."

  • Social Intelligence: "Street-smart" and capable of reading a room, adapting your approach to build trust with diverse stakeholders.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and at least one major Nigerian language (Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa) to ensure seamless communication.

  • Self-Starter Mindset: A proactive operator who identifies what needs to be done and takes action without requiring constant supervision.

  • Integrity: Highly trustworthy and discreet, as you will represent UTN within gated communities and sensitive environments.

  • Tech-Comfortable: Proficient with smartphone usage for reporting, communication, and digital documentation.

  • Bonus: Previous experience in field sales, community engagement, logistics, or similar customer-facing roles is an advantage.

₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month
