Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our retail team. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a positive, personalized shopping experience. Requirements:

• Customer Engagement: Welcome shoppers, provide knowledgeable product advice, and identify their needs to recommend the perfect solutions.

• Sales Excellence: Proactively work to meet and exceed individual and store-wide sales targets using effective selling techniques.

• Transaction Management: Handle cash and card payments accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.

• Conflict Resolution: Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and returns with professionalism, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset.

• Store Operations: Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organized product displays, and perfect shelf merchandising.

• Inventory Control: Assist with stock receiving, regular replenishment, and physical inventory counts to ensure product availability.

• Brand Advocacy: Actively participate in seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and promotional events to drive brand excitement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.Sc., HND, or OND qualification.

• Experience: 1–2 years of previous experience in retail or customer service is a distinct advantage.

• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, basic numeracy for transactions, and the ability to stand for long periods.

• Mindset: A positive, "can-do" attitude with a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
