Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and charismatic Sales & Digital Marketing Associate to anchor our premium Solar Experience Center in Abuja. In the rapidly evolving renewable energy sector, success is defined by "Energy Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-tech technical specifications (Lithium, Hybrid Inverters) with an elite, consultative sales journey for high-net-worth (HNW) and corporate clients. This role is designed for a "Digital Growth Architect" who can blend "Showroom Presence" with the "Analytical Agility" required to scale a global brand through aggressive social media campaigns.
Requirements:
1. Showroom Experience & HNW Diplomacy
Experience Architecture: Lead high-net-worth and corporate visitors through an immersive journey of our state-of-the-art solar technologies, translating complex setups into compelling value propositions.
Consultative Closing: Act as a specialized advisor, identifying client energy needs and designing premium solutions that leverage our direct-from-manufacturer advantage.
Product Mastery: Rapidly master and articulate the technical superiority of our Lithium battery storage, Hybrid Inverter systems, and comprehensive solar arrays.
2. Digital Brand Engineering & Social Sales
Omni-Channel Growth: Develop and execute aggressive digital marketing strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Content Sovereignty: Create high-fidelity content (video, graphics, copy) that positions our Experience Center as the "Source of Truth" for renewable energy in Abuja.
Online Conversion: Manage the full digital sales funnel, from initial social media inquiry to final online closing and payment.
3. Strategic Growth & Performance Metrics
Revenue Acceleration: Aggressively pursue and exceed sales targets to unlock uncapped incentives and drive the center's profitability.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on solar energy trends and competitor positioning in the Abuja FCT market to maintain our competitive edge.
Relationship Stewardship: Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate partners and residential clients to encourage referrals and portfolio expansion.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven track record in Retail Sales, Luxury Marketing, or Digital Growth (Solar experience is a plus but not mandatory—we prioritize trainability).
Communication: Exceptionally clear, confident, and persuasive verbal and written skills.
Digital Savvy: Highly skilled in social media management, content creation, and utilizing digital tools to close sales.
