Job Description:

• The Marketing Intern will support Expedier's marketing activities by assisting with campaigns, content, social media, market research, and other initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement.
• The ideal candidate is creative, organized, eager to learn, and has a strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
• Support the coordination of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in preparing campaign materials and ensuring timely execution.
• Monitor campaign activities and support the tracking of campaign performance.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns that support user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.

Content & Social Media:

• Assist in creating and scheduling content for Expedier's social media platforms.
• Support the development of social media posts, captions, and other marketing materials.
• Monitor social media platforms and assist with audience engagement.
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice across marketing communications.
• Assist in repurposing content for different platforms and audiences.

Market Research:

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, customers, and relevant market developments.
• Gather insights that can support marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify relevant opportunities.
• Assist in preparing market research reports and summaries.

User Acquisition & Engagement:

• Support initiatives aimed at attracting and engaging new users.
• Assist with referral, promotional, and community marketing activities.
• Track user engagement and marketing activities where required.
• Work with relevant teams to support initiatives that improve user acquisition and retention.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and campaign performance.
• Assist in tracking key marketing metrics and performance indicators.
• Prepare basic daily, weekly, or monthly marketing reports.
• Support the analysis of campaign and social media performance to identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Sales, Community Growth, Product, and Operations teams on marketing initiatives.
• Support cross-functional campaigns and promotional activities.
• Share relevant customer, market, and campaign insights with the marketing team.
• Perform any other marketing-related tasks assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or currently completing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an interest in content and digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to conduct basic research and interpret information.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
