Job Description:
A Receptionist's role is vital in any organization, serving as the first point of contact for guests and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Here are the key responsibilities and requirements:
- Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Receive and welcome guests, visitors, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Managing Front Desk Operations: Handle phone calls, answer queries, and redirect calls to relevant personnel.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform tasks like filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Guest Services: Ensure guest satisfaction, handle complaints, and provide information.
- Security Procedures: Follow security protocols for guest access and maintain a safe environment.
- Maintaining Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and tidy.
Requirements:
- Education: Higher National Diploma or equivalent; some positions may require a Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills:
