Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-obsessed Quality Control Officer to serve as the final gatekeeper of our service excellence. In this role, you are the last person to handle a garment before it reaches the customer. Your mission is simple but critical: ensuring that every item processed is flawless, properly finished, and fit for final packaging.

You will be responsible for identifying even the smallest defects—from missed stains to loose threads or improper pressing. If you have a "hawk-eye" for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards in a fast-paced factory environment, we want you to be the one to sign off on our quality.

Requirements:

1. Comprehensive Garment Inspection

• Standard Verification: Systematically check every garment against our high-quality benchmarks for cleanliness, texture, and scent.

• Defect Detection: Inspect for "invisible" issues such as loose buttons, frayed hems, or residual stains that may have survived the cleaning process.

• Finishing Audit: Ensure that pressing and folding meet the specific aesthetic standards of our brand.

2. Process Rectification & Reporting

• Rejection Management: Identify sub-standard garments and route them back to the specific processing unit (Laundering or Pressing) with clear instructions for correction.

• Feedback Loop: Communicate recurring quality issues to the supervisors to help improve the overall factory workflow.

• Packaging Approval: Only once a garment passes your 100% inspection will it be cleared for final bagging and labeling.

3. Operational Standards & Compliance

• Environment Maintenance: Ensure the QC station is kept clean and free of contaminants that could re-soil finished garments.

• Data Logging: Maintain simple records of pass/fail rates to help management track factory efficiency.

• Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to all factory safety protocols and garment handling hygiene standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum of an SSCE Certificate.

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Quality Control Officer, specifically in a factory or laundry setting.

• Integrity: A "zero-compromise" attitude toward quality and service standards.

Core Competencies

• Attention to Detail: The ability to spot minute errors that others might overlook.

• Communication: Clear and respectful verbal skills to coordinate with the processing staff.

• Stamina: Ability to maintain high levels of focus throughout the workday in a dynamic environment.
