Job Description:

• The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements within pharmaceutical operations.
• This role involves implementing and maintaining quality management systems to guarantee product quality and support regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes.
• Review and approve quality documentation (SOPs, batch records).
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
• Investigate deviations and implement CAPA.
• Manage documentation control and record-keeping.
• Monitor product quality during storage and distribution.
• Train staff on quality standards and compliance.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and regulatory teams.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with audits and regulatory inspections.
• Excellent leadership, documentation, and communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Microbiology, etc.).
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance/control.
