Job Description:

• The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality of finished garments, establishing and enforcing quality assurance processes across the factory, and ensuring production teams possess and maintain the necessary skills to meet quality standards.
• The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of garment construction, and a hands-on approach to quality improvement across all production stages.
• The QCM will be required to build a quality-driven culture across a small but fast-paced production facility, implement practical quality control systems, train production staff, and ensure that finished goods meet client specifications.
• In addition to monitoring quality on the sewing floor, the role includes setting up simple but effective processes and improving operator skills.
