Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Quality Assurance Officer to ensure that our pharmaceutical products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficacy. You will be the guardian of our production processes, ensuring full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines. This is a critical role for a scientific professional who is passionate about public health and committed to maintaining the integrity of life-saving products through rigorous testing and systematic documentation.

Requirements:

• Process Oversight: Conduct routine quality checks throughout the production lifecycle to ensure every batch aligns with established specifications.

• GMP Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and other relevant regulatory standards.

• Testing & Assessment: Execute detailed product testing and assessments to verify quality, safety, and consistency before release.

• Documentation Excellence: Maintain meticulous QA records, including batch records, inspection reports, and testing documentation, ensuring full audit readiness.

• CAPA & Deviation Management: Collaborate with production teams to identify, investigate, and resolve non-conformances, and drive the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

• Continuous Improvement: Monitor quality performance at every stage of production, recommending process enhancements that reduce defects and improve yield.

• Audit Support: Actively participate in internal audits, regulatory inspections, and facility validation activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline.

• Experience: Proven experience as a QA/QC Officer, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • In-depth knowledge of GMP, QA/QC principles, and industry-standard regulatory compliance.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret testing data and resolve technical deviations.
