Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance to oversee our manufacturing quality standards. With over 15 years of industry expertise, you will be the custodian of our quality management systems, ensuring total compliance with ISO standards and driving continuous improvement across our production processes. Requirements:

• Quality Management Systems: Oversee, manage, and maintain ISO management systems, ensuring all quality control documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

• Audit Management: Lead and conduct internal and external quality audits, ensuring rigorous adherence to global quality standards and internal product specifications.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform advanced Statistical Process Control (SPC) analysis to monitor production stability. Prepare comprehensive quality reports and management presentations that offer actionable insights.

• Compliance & Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality function to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of manufacturing quality.

• Strategic Oversight: Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve quality-related challenges and ensure that all outputs meet our rigorous quality benchmarks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a closely related technical field.

• Experience: A minimum of 15 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance within the manufacturing sector.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Deep, demonstrable knowledge of ISO management systems and professional audit processes.

  • Proficiency in quality documentation and SPC (Statistical Process Control) analysis.

• Core Competencies:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create and deliver high-impact PowerPoint presentations for management review.

  • Proven leadership ability in a high-stakes manufacturing environment.
