Job Description:
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of premium building construction projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, risk assessments, and quality benchmarks.
- Establish clear project objectives and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with all project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, collaboration and allocation of resources.
- Provide regular updates to the senior management and clients on project progress, risks, and mitigations.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring strict adherence to financial targets.
- Approve and track expenditures, invoices, and financial reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Anticipate and identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory standards throughout project phases.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met within agreed-upon timelines.
- Address and resolve any contractual disputes promptly and professionally.
- Provide expert guidance on construction methodologies, materials, and technologies suitable for premium building projects.
- Review and approve project designs, ensuring feasibility and alignment with the vision.
- Oversee on-site operations and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field (Master’s degree or certifications in Project Management are an advantage).
- 8 - 10 years of experience in project management with at least 3 years managing high-value premium construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and design specifications for luxury buildings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a strong advantage.
