Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and supply of spare parts.
- The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in spare parts procurement, vendor negotiation, and the use of SAP or ERP systems, with strong market knowledge of Lagos and Ibadan.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and procure spare parts from approved vendors in Lagos and Ibadan.
- Manage purchase orders, goods receipts, and supplier records using SAP.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of spare parts.
- Evaluate suppliers on cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet procurement needs.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Prepare procurement reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Must-have experience in spare parts purchasing and sales in Lagos and Ibadan.
- Proven hands-on experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of supplier markets in Lagos and Ibadan.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- HND/BSc in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in procurement, preferably in spare parts.
Salary
