Job Description:

• We are actively seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead the operations of our community pharmacy located in Surulere.
• The ideal candidate will possess a business-minded approach, be customer-focused, and demonstrate the ability to manage both the professional and administrative aspects of pharmacy operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Daily Pharmacy Operations: Ensure a smooth workflow and efficient pharmacy operations.
• Supervise Pharmacy Staff: Lead and manage pharmacy personnel while ensuring compliance with professional standards.
• Accurate Medication Dispensing: Provide appropriate patient counseling and dispense medications accurately.
• Maintain Pharmaceutical Standards: Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of all pharmaceutical products.
• Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and monitor expiry dates to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Requirements:

• Leadership Skills: Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Good knowledge of inventory management systems and pharmacy software.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Business Acumen: A business and sales-driven mindset to enhance pharmacy performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: BSc in a science-related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years in a retail/community pharmacy environment.
