Job Description:

• ExCare Health is seeking a motivated and innovative Pharmacist to drive sales growth, deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care, and support the overall profitability of our retail pharmacy operations.
• The role combines clinical excellence with commercial awareness and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions accurately and provide patient counselling to ensure safe and effective medication use.
• Organise and manage the pharmacy layout for efficient identification of drugs and sundries.
• Oversee inventory movement to prevent product deterioration, shortages, and expiry.
• Drive the marketing and delivery of pharmacy services, including rapid health checks.
• Contribute to sales growth, category performance, and branch profitability through innovation and customer-focused initiatives.
• Stay current with trends and advancements in the health sector through continuous learning and professional collaboration.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and professional practice standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and pharmacy information systems.
• Strong communication skills, professional integrity, and a patient-centred approach.

Salary and Benefits

• N300,000 - N400,000 / month.
