Job Description:

Smash Technology Limited is seeking a professional, trustworthy, and highly punctual Driver to provide dedicated driving services to the CEO. The ideal candidate must maintain confidentiality at all times, demonstrate excellent driving skills, and be familiar with Abuja routes as well as interstate travel.

Work Environment

• Field-based with primary focus on the CEO’s transport and errands.
• Occasional long-distance or inter-state travel.
• May require waiting periods during CEO’s meetings or personal engagements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely and promptly transports the CEO to and from meetings, appointments, and official or personal engagements.

• Ensures the assigned vehicle is always in excellent working condition through regular cleaning, inspections, and servicing.

• Maintains accurate records of daily trips, fuel usage, and maintenance activities.

• Ensures all vehicle documents, including registration, insurance, and licenses, are valid and up to date.

• Upholds strict confidentiality regarding the CEO’s movements, schedule, and communications.

• Runs both personal and professional errands as directed, including the delivery and collection of documents and parcels.

• Performs any other driving or support duties as assigned by the CEO.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Certification from a recognized driving school.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a personal or executive driver, ideally within a corporate or high-profile environment.

• Strong knowledge of Abuja roads and excellent interstate navigation skills.

• Proven ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge will be an added advantage.
