Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and detail-oriented Travel & Visa Consultant to anchor our global mobility team. In an era of shifting borders and complex immigration policies, success is defined by "Mobility Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize intricate visa requirements with the clinical precision required for flight logistics, study packages, and relocation advisory. This role is designed for a "Travel Architect" with 1–3 years of experience who can blend "Documentary Grit" (handling high-stakes applications) with the "Service Agility" required to prepare clients for embassy interviews.
Requirements:
1. Consular Diplomacy & Visa Architecture
Regulatory Navigation: Provide high-fidelity guidance on visa requirements for the USA, Canada, UK, Schengen Zone, and Asia, ensuring every application is audit-ready and compliant.
Document Sovereignty: Assist clients in the clinical preparation of relocation dossiers, ensuring that financial statements, letters of intent, and supporting evidence meet millimetric standards.
Interview Orchestration: Conduct expert coaching and interview simulations to empower clients, increasing the "Approval Velocity" for high-stakes visa categories.
2. Travel Logistics & Mobility Engineering
Inventory Management: Advise and assist with the booking of flights, premium accommodations, and travel insurance using GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre) to ensure cost-efficiency and comfort.
Package Customization: Develop bespoke study and travel packages that align perfectly with client aspirations, budget constraints, and long-term relocation goals.
Partner Synergy: Liaise synchronously with embassies, visa application centers (VACs), and global airlines to ensure the smooth processing of all mobility requests.
3. Client Stewardship & Revenue Support
Status Transparency: Proactively follow up with clients, providing real-time updates on application status and maintaining a quality CRM database of all communications.
Value-Added Upselling: Identify opportunities to enhance the client journey by upselling airport pickups, accommodation arrangements, and comprehensive travel insurance.
After-Sales Governance: Offer high-touch support post-departure and collect client feedback to drive continuous improvement in service quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or International Relations.
Experience: 1–3 years of robust experience in a travel agency or visa processing role.
Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of global visa procedures and familiarity with Amadeus, Sabre, or CRM tools.
Core Competencies
Organizational Grit: Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of concurrent applications without loss of detail.
Communication Power: Elite interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex legal/consular requirements for clients.
Mobility Passion: A genuine drive for helping people explore the world or successfully transition to life abroad.
